Most terms of service are about protecting the company. Ours are about protecting you. We guarantee transparent communication, strict adherence to safety protocols, and a commitment to bringing your vision to life exactly as promised.

2. Flexible Project Adjustments

We know that construction is a dynamic process and minds can change. Unlike other firms that heavily penalize any alterations, we offer a generous Grace Period during the initial planning phases where minor adjustments can be made without incurring premium fees.

3. Post-Construction Warranty

Our relationship does not end when the hardhats come off. Every project includes a 1-year craftsmanship warranty. If something is not right due to our installation, we come back and fix it — no questions asked.

4. Payment Schedules and Milestones

We do not demand full payment upfront. We build our payment schedules around clear, measurable project milestones. You only pay for the next phase when you are satisfied with the previous one.
